Refund and Returns Policy

At Shrija Publishers, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return or cancel an order. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations.

2. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Before Shipment:

If your order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

Cancellation After Shipment:

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return once the order is delivered.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• You must make a video and take photos before opening the package.
• If the product is defective or you receive the wrong item, you will be eligible for a return.

Note: If the product is not available for replacement, your payment will be refunded.

Process for Returns:

Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item received.

Refund Processing:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
• Please take a video while opening the package and email it to shrijapublishers@gmail.com for verification.
• If approved, 30% of your refund will be deducted as processing/handling charges.
• If the product is damaged, deductions will be applied based on the level of damage after inspection.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
